Modus Operandi
Pale Ale
This is one of our favourite craft beers – a cracking American Pale Ale! The brewer uses classic big flavor hops from the Yakima Valley to create a pale ale which is an unfiltered rich golden colour. With aromas of pine and citrus, it’s a great match with some of our favourite dishes like our roasted duck breast, chicken schnitzel or pork belly. 5.2%

Summer beers are here! This German style golden ale is a perfect drop to satisfy a thirsty mouth. After hitting the beach, why not wrap one around this filtered ale. It’s a delicate malty drop with a citrus and spice finish. We’ll have the windows open and the beer cold waiting for you. 4.6%
Little Creatures
IPA
Sitting alongside their Pale Ale, the Little Creatures IPA delivers big, rugged hop flavours. With an aroma of passionfruit, grapefruit and a touch of aniseed spice this IPA has a smooth round palate, which is soft in the middle. A beer that delivers a long bitter finish that leaves you wanting a little more. 6.4%
White Rabbit
Dark Ale
Mouth filling malt characters and a beautiful fruit driven complexity derived from the open fermenters, mix this with a reassuring bitterness from some aromatic hops and we reckon the result is a delightfully scrumptious ale. 4.9%
Panhead
Quickchange XPA
XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange’s lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don’t want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing. 4.6%
